Matt Keen, opening for JJ Grey & Mofro and Blues Traveler at the Festival at Sandpoint this week, flew in from Chicago a week early and I've been priveleged to "mother hen" him while he's here. On Thursday we hung around Sandpoint for a while and he stopped in at a few places to play, introduce people to his sound. The response was overwhelmingly positive - once you see and hear Matt, it's hard not to love him. I've included a photo of him playing for the crowd at Eichardt's.
Tomorrow our amazing production crew will be putting the tent up at Memorial Field and all our volunteers begin to get ready for opening night on Thursday. Check back foro pictures and updates!
