Michelle Shocked/Jonatha Brooke

7 am and it's raining here in Clark Fork. Accuweather tells me we can expect rain through about 1 pm, with clearing by 3 pm. That bodes for a nice festival night tonight, but bring a tarp to put your blanket on.

Yesterday's storm was a doozy when it roared through Sandpoint. Misty and Brian hit Memorial Field to check out the damage (not much) and got this shot of a rainbow over the tent.

Ticket sales are a bit slow for tonight's concert, which tells me locals haven't really heard Jonatha Brooke yet. They're going to be stunned when they do. Brooke fulfills that Festival promise in bringing the music you're going to love tomorrow to Memorial Field today.

See you on the field in just a few short hours.
