A grey day for Clint Black?

Heck no! There are many patches of blue in those grey skies and I have it on good authority that it's going to be a glorious day and evening, with no hint of the dampness that has plagued us the last few days.

Donavon, Donavon, Donavon. Wow, what a fantastic concert! Our only rain was at 5 pm and it lasted about 30 or 40 minutes, then went on its way. Damp and cold, but a beautiful night regardless. I have been told that our rain on Thursday, by the way, hit right about the time that Mr. Frankenreiter was crossing the Long Bridge, arriving in Sandpoint. Coincidence? Hmmm... we might just have to christen him "Rainmaker" (which is not actually a bad talent to have!). Still, the rain held off once again during the performances and a good time was had by all.

And now it's Clint Black's turn! I haven't yet been down to the field today, but I suspect the line has already started. Let's make tonight a sell-out folks! Run down to the Festival office (it's open today) and get your tickets.

by the way... Dick Stoltzman was on the field yesterday (the glorious clarinettist (sp?) who will be performing tomorrow night with the Spokane Symphony). It is nothing but a series of musical feasts this festival season!
